If you have a question about any of these policies or about any other aspect of our operations, please contact us.

After you complete a workshop with us, if you feel dissatisfied with your experience, please contact us within two days. We will be happy to refund your money in full.

If you are willing, we'd appreciate your telling us the reasons for your dissatisfaction, so that we may know how to improve.

Personal Boundaries And Conduct

We ask that everyone involved in Moving Tiger Method events, teachers and students, treat each other with respect, dignity, patience and understanding to the best of each of our capabilities. We ask that you treat others this way, and in turn that is how you should be treated. If you find that is not the case, with regard to any other student or teacher, please let us know.

Past experience has taught us that sometimes students look to our instructors to meet personal and spiritual needs and expectations beyond what we intend to provide. Our goal is to provide superior quality instruction in the Moving Tiger Method in a manner consistent with the previous paragraph; it is not to offer personal, emotional, or spiritual contact, support, or guidance.

Some students and teachers do develop personal relationships with one another. We welcome such developments, but we don’t expect them — we leave social and spiritual relationships entirely to the individuals involved.

In the event that a romantic relationship arises between a student and a student or between a teacher and a student we ask that it be developed and maintained discreetly outside of our workshops. We ask any teacher first to have a period of friendship with a student and to ensure that in classes the student is treated equally with other students at all times.

Suggestions, Comments, and Complaints

We welcome and seek suggestions, comments, or complaints on any topic related to the operation of the school. Please let us know about your concerns; they are very important and helpful to us!

Please speak to one of the staff in person, or call or write us.

Please, however, do not offer suggestions or complaints during class unless the instructor specifically asks for such feedback.
