As a nurse it's easy for me to become chronically exhausted by my work, both physically and emotionally. My sense is that many other nurses experience this.
I find that I greatly benefit from how nourishing the Moving Tiger Method exercises can be. Practice of just the first exercise of the seven usually restores my energy pretty quickly. In addition, the fourth exercise especially helps my heart, which tends to get exhausted from all of the heart centered work that I do.
I usually don't have time for more than one set of the exercises each day, which takes me about fifteen minutes. That's usually just enough to help keep me going. However, the other Sunday AM I had extra time and did three in a row. I was reminded of just how nourishing this practice can be.
