The Moving Tiger Method exercise system has been my morning loosen-up-and-get-centered routine for many, many years. And if I'm feeling low-energy or ill, it is also my prescription of choice, taken 3 times a day.
I first learned the system in a weekend workshop with Bill Ryan. He taught it so well that I actually remembered it when I went to practice it at home!
Right away, I realized it was a great way to start the day ... if I could only have the discipline. After a few weeks, it did indeed become part of my daily routine, like brushing my teeth.
Every so often I take a refresher weekend with Bill. Thanks to his guidance and keen observations, what began as a basic outline continues to deepen as a profound and delightful practice.
