As a bodyworker I have found the Moving Tiger exercises to be such a vital self-care tool that I arrange my schedule so that I can do a "mini-set" in between clients.

Of all the energy exercise sets that I know, this one is the most efficient and effective for on-the-spot clearing of any energies I may have taken in from a client, for reestablishing my equilibrium, and for recharging my battery before seeing the next client.
