The Moving Tiger Method energy exercise system develops flexibility and stamina in the arms – from the shoulders to the fingertips – which makes it an ideal exercise program for artists.

This set of 7 exercises requires no special equipment and can be practiced in a very small space. I usually practice in my studio, and I often find that this 10-20 minute break from painting enables me to return to work with a more focused intent.

Bill Ryan has considerable experience teaching the materials he presents in his workshops. He is a gifted instructor; one who is able to teach all levels of students the sequence of the moves and how to learn them. Each lesson includes the form and principle of the movement as well as a strategy for retaining this information.
