I have been involved with movement, athletics, and outdoor pursuits all my life and have been practicing chiropractic with a rehabilitation focus for almost 25 years. I have explored everything from yoga to tai chi to pilates to dance, as well as being an avid cyclist, hiker, and nordic skier. I have rarely been as excited by a new form of movement as I was after completing the introductory weekend in the Moving Tiger Method with Bill Ryan.
The 7 gentle but powerful movements of the Moving Tiger energy exercise set give me a sense of calm and inner focus, and seem to enhance my energy. The manner in which they were taught, with great emphasis on safe and correct body mechanics, was quite beneficial, as it provided an efficient and spine protective way of moving through space that could be applied to everyday movements.
